GYMSHARK PRESENTS 'NEIGHBOURHOOD VIBES' FT. TRPHSE & BOXOUT 

THE IDEA

Continuing activating with the black community and collaborating with Birmingham, home of Gymshark, and favourite brands Trphse and Boxout, we wanted to celebrate black PT’s who are making a change in order to generate social content from the event.

THE PROCESS

We worked with PT’s and external companies to tailor an event to the Birmingham community. We utilised group class format but add in extra elements to heighten experience & make personal to each PT’s network. The event Includes Group Fitness Class w/ DJ’s Partnership with Trpse & Boxout Showcase of black PT’s in art gallery Black owned food vendors and Gymshark athletes & influencers Gina and Woz who will lead an upbeat workout each at the event, creating an infectious atmosphere while uniting the conditioning community. TRPHSE Mixing sports and music go hand-in-hand. We designed and produced a branded basketball challenge in another room / area. Anyone who shoots 3 hoops in a row wins a prize such as Gymshark product, Gymshark gift cards and TRPHSE Free entry cards. In the other area is the Boxout party. The Boxout community are very lively by nature and they will make sure to bring upbeat music. During this party we produced additional attractions such as: - Rodeo Bulls - Musical Chairs - Head, shoulders, knees, toes 'CUP!!' Finally, a PT gallery, an exhibition which features a series of portraits showcasing Black PT’s and Athletes in Birmingham with a bio about their story, challenges and an inspirational quote. This exhibition will be presented as portrait images within the venue, all the images taken will be following a similar art direction.

THE OUTCOME

The ‘Neighbourhood Vibes’ event being held in Gymshark’s hometown, Birmingham made it even more special for the guests and community participating for a day of music, fitness mixed in with good food and good vibes.
