
FOR DATES THAT WORKOUT WITH BUMBLE AND GYMSHARK
THE IDEA
Dating app Bumble and fitness fashion brand Gymshark teamed up on a fun ad campaign that highlights the importance of compatibility when dating. Titled, ‘For Dates That Workout,’ the UK-based ad campaign spotlights the importance of compatibility when dating and how integral shared interests are to relationships. The partnership also featured new interest badges, including weightlifting, HIIT and bodybuilding, available to add to Bumble profiles.
THE PROCESS
We curated a brand moment that identifies with Bumble and Gymshark communities, and created a bold and impactful aesthetic which combines both brand identities. The idea was to bring the dating and fitness community together in a way that feels authentic and genuine, with an added emphasis on health and wellbeing. We designed, produced and installed a series of games and workouts held by Gymshark athletes as well as a Shake & Date shop for speed dating sessions while enjoying smoothies provided by Joe The Juice, ice creams from Pan-n-Ice.
THE OUTCOME
Gymshark’s purpose is to ‘Unite the Conditioning Community’ and it’s all about bringing like-minded people together –who better to collaborate with than Bumble to bring people together? The two days event gathered over 100 guests to bond, play and workout all at once.
